Everyone must be signed in for weigh-in to begin (THE GAEC is hardcore about this guys!)

1. Get on scale and do an official check on your weight - if not at weight you have an hour!

2. Paperwork fill out and collection by fight representative (have your trainer form signed-see below)

3. Physicals with Dr. Traub

4. After all this is done we will weigh-in all together

5. Please don't get mad - just be prepared to give me 2 hours...

Wild Bill's Fight Night- please pass on to the proper person in your team.

1.  I make up really cool Tale of the Tape for the big screens and in order for it to look cool - come to weigh-in in whatever you want to take a picture in and reply to this email with this info:  Full Name, Age, Hometown, Height, and Name of your gym (pick one name). 

2.  There are still many fighters that have not gotten their Hep B and C tests to me yet.  These results must be within 180 days of July 24TH to be valid.  If you have not done so please fax the results to me at 678.805.4735. 

If you haven't tested call 888.732.2348, tell them you are a pro fighter that will be fighting in GA so you can get the discount.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do this as soon as you can as nobody can fight in GA without getting these tests done!

3.  The weigh-ins will be held FRIDAY, July 23rd at Wild Bill's 2075 Market Street Duluth, GA 30096. Be there at 6pm.  Go to the loading dock door of Wild Bill's and find the zebra room.  Directions at www.fullthrottlemma.com.  If you are an amatuer you have to bring someone that has seen you train with you to sign off on a form.

4.  On SATURDAY, July 24TH, please show up between 7 and 7:30pm.  If you get there before 6pm you will have to wait outside. 

5. IF YOU have a hotel by us it will be: Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Atlanta / Gwinnett Place Mall. 3530 Breckenridge Blvd. , Duluth GA 30096 - if 85N take right on Pleasant Hill- left on Breckinridge and you'll see it.

6.  Fighter music - give it to me at weigh-in - no dirty word music please.  If you don't bring it.  We will pick it for you.

7.  All fighters, trainers and cornerman will need to register with the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission.  You can download all the info and print it out from my website at www.fullthrottlemma.com - click checklist on the left side. This is important. 

8.  MY FAVORITE AND MOST IMPORTANT TOPIC - posters - flyers - tickets…it is my goal that you sell - sell - sell.  Each ticket sold will be $5 in your pocket.  If you sell VIP tickets - 20% to your pocket.

$25 General Admission standing room only
$40 for a seat at a table of 4 scattered throughout the venue
$50 rows 4-10 ringside
$75 PREMIUM ringside rows 1-3
$100 for a seat at a VIP table - usually sold in pods of 8 - included a seat at a table raised about 2 feet up behind the ringside area - blue circles on map.  Also allows access to the Hooters VIP Lounge and dinner catered by Hooters.

Southside Steve Rickman from the Regular Guys Rock 100 will be our host with DJ Dan Jason as our DJ.  We will be doing a COMCAST ring card girl search in the house that evening.  You will be able to view the show on Comcast On Demand Channel 1, get local sports, Atlanta, fights about 3 weeks after the LIVE show.
